In December there was a corn husk knitting workshop in DUO Centre aimed at students and young people, and led by Mrs Marija Tüške. In her introductory lecture she informed us of the basics of knitting the husks, introduced the basic tools that apply to this work, but also told us how to obtain quality husks in the first place. And then all 16 participants tried out their newfound skills.
